Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your BurnGuard Pro or Team subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original subscription purchase date.
- First-time subscribers are eligible for one refund per account.
- Refunds for renewal payments may be requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@burnguard.dev with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund.
5. Free Tier
The BurnGuard Free tier is provided at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy.
